OUR ROLE
Costante Group will assume the pivotal role of Executive Producer and event management company for the 2024 College Baseball Night of Champions. Our primary objective is to give the College Baseball Foundation expert leadership in event presentation, production, hotel management, and travel coordination. We are dedicated to enhancing the overall College Baseball Night of Champions experience by introducing dynamic and entertaining programming crafted to captivate a diverse audience.
EXECUTION
- Craft a strategic framework to elevate the VIP Reception and College Baseball Night of Champions.
- Ideate, plan, and coordinate all aspects of two events seamlessly.
- Manage logistics for the facilitation of designated activations.
- Develop detailed rundowns.
- Direct the run-of-show with precision.
- Manage event layout and stage design.
- Create and collect scripts.
- Oversee rehearsals.
- Innovate and develop engaging activities for audience participation.
- Define production needs and collaborate with the production agency for effective implementation.
- Conduct research, development, and implementation of a comprehensive gifting program.
- Manage talent and entertainment.
- Handle hotel and travel accommodations for VIP guests, award winners, and HOF inductees.
- Identify and coordinate exclusive, memorable experiences for all stakeholders.
