Kansas Athletics (2024)

Kansas Athletics’ 40th annual Late Night in the Phog event on October 18, 2024, at the historic Allen Fieldhouse. This annual event kicked off the start of the men’s and women’s basketball season and gave fans a first look at the 2024-25 Jayhawks.

OUR ROLE

Building on the momentum of the 2022 and 2023 events, Kansas Athletics once again retained Costante Group to shape the vision and strategy for the 2024 edition of Late Night in the Phog. While this marked the first year Costante Group did not manage on-site production, our role remained pivotal, overseeing all event planning and creative direction leading up to the event. Our focus for 2024 was clear: amplify player personalities and deepen fan engagement through innovative activations that resonated with recruits, fans, sponsors, and student-athletes alike. By driving the creative and logistical planning process, we ensured that every element of the experience aligned with KU Athletics’ brand and objectives. As strategic consultants, we remained fully embedded with the KU team—providing trusted guidance, adaptable solutions, and a sharp focus on delivering a compelling and cohesive fan experience. The result was a high-impact event that successfully elevated both the energy and emotional connection inside Allen Fieldhouse.

• Crafted a rundown encompassing all necessary logistical and digital elements
• Aided in the selection of a suitable artist for the event
• Collaborated with crucial Kansas Athletics personnel and designated staff to streamline the final event plan and execution strategy
